One of the players has secretly be taken over by an advanced alien life form and is trying to kill or convert all crew members. The balance of keeping the ship running while managing personal safety and social politics is what makes up the core game play.

One day, the player gets news that their friend, the scientist, has perfected a new technology that will change their entire world. On the way, the player wanders through the cardboard universe, meeting new friends and interacting with the world through cardboard mechanics.

Your character has a curse, that grants them unique abilities such as returning their spear after throwing it long distances. This curse while giving you power is slowly killing you. In order to stop the curse you venture down into the caves of an ancient civilization, rumored to hold the key of your affliction. The player descends further down the caves, fighting off cursed stone creatures, a chilling reminder of your fate should you ignore the curse.
